1) Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.


2) Eligible Participants excludes permanent employees and contract or temporary workers currently engaged by or employed by Stormwater Systems Ltd and WaterSmart NZ Ltd


3) A Valid Referral is a referral of a candidate made by an Eligible Participant that results in either a permanent or a contract placement at Stormwater Systems Ltd.


4) If you make a Valid Referral and the Eligible Participant remains in the role for at least 6 months, you will be entitled to receive a VISA Prezzy Card to the total value of $1,000 NZD.


5) You will not be eligible to receive the Referral Gift under this Scheme if the referred person has already applied for the role, or does not remain in the role for more than 6 months.


6) The referred person must have consented to having their personal information provided to Stormwater Systems for this Promotion prior to the date of the referral. You indemnify Stormwater Systems for any claim arising out of your failure to procure consent. Stormwater Systems will comply with the Privacy Act 1993 in its handling and storage of personal information.


7) Candidates can only be referred to Stormwater Systems once. If a candidate is referred to Stormwater Systems multiple times, only the first person to refer that candidate to Stormwater Systems (with the referred person’s permission) will be eligible for a Referral Gift under this Promotion.


8) The Referral Gift is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
